Because this website is new as of January 1st, 2011 we will be experiencing different customer service dilemmas that require adding to the customer service FAQs section. We have no way of knowing whatfrequently asked questions will be asked of us so as they come in we will be updating this page with the more commonly asked questions in our customer service department. Q1. My computer crashed and I lost some or all of the tubes I purchased from CDO. What do I do?

Email to get those replaced.This takes a considerable amount of work so a fee applies.

Q2. I am new to CDO and I'm placing my first order and it keeps asking me to input my CDO license number. I don't have one. What do I do?

Simply place the word "NEW" in the space provided and the order will be accepted and it will indicate to us that we need to send you a newCDO License Number
