Processing Orders:

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SENDING
CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS VIA US MAIL

Please enclose your check or money order payable to Creative Design Outlet along with a letter containing the following information:

Your Name
Address
Phone Number
CDO License # or indicate that you are a new customer
Indicate what packages you are purchasing or have already requested to purchase through customer help, package prices and any discounts that may apply.
We will process your order as soon as payment is received unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

For Gift orders via US Mail:
Simply add the Gift recipients name or nickname, address, phone number and CDO license # to your letter along with any specific instructions you wish to send.

Processing Orders:

Orders received via phone or regular mail will be processed during normal CDO business hours.

Monday - 9AM to 5PM
Tuesday - 9AM to 5PM
Wednesday - 9AM to 5PM
Thursday - 9AM to 5PM
Friday - 9AM to 5PM
Saturday - 9AM to 1PM
Sunday - CLOSED
