Q1. How do I get my promo tubes?

If this is a buy any two packages or 6 individual tubes you receive a free bonus tube promo there is no need to email us.

Once we receive your order we will automatically email those to you.

Q2. How long do I have to pick out a bonus tube?

If the promo is to pick out your own bonus tubes you have 24 hours after the close of the promo to send customer help your choice of bonus tubes.

It is very important to email customer help as soon as your order has been placed with your order number and your bonus tube choice.

We will fill all requests in the order they are received during regular business hours.

Q3. Can I combine orders?

No this is per order on promotion tubes. Example the promo is spend 5.00 and receive a free bonus tube.

You cannot place two orders to equal the 5.00 amount.

Q4. I ordered earlier in the day before the promotion was announced can I use that order to qualify?

No. The promo starts when the newsletter is sent out. It is not retroactive.
