Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you must email customerhelp@creativedesingoutlet.com within 14 days of your purchase in order to arrange a refund, exchange, or credit to your account. Transferring of artist / photographer packages is prohibited. Refunds, exchanges or credits will be issued on a case by case basis. If you are returning merchandise to CDO the following conditions must be met:

*The customer will be responsible for shipping costs when returning any merchandise to CDO.

*Original merchandise MUST be returned undamaged.

*No merchandise will be accepted unless it has been authorized by CDO in advance.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If any of the above listed conditions are not met by the customer then the refund policy and any verbal agreements concerning the refund policy made between the customer and CDO becomes VOID.

All refund requests are subject to an investigation by CDO.

If damage to merchandise should occur during shipping CDO must be notified immediately. Damaged merchandise must be returned to CDO before we process a refund, exchange or replacement.
